In a perfect world, I’d be happy every day, never stressed about money or angry about racism, own a penthouse in Brooklyn with a Manhattan skyline view, be married to someone who makes my heart pitter patter, have 2 kids (boy/girl), and travel the world. However, it is a world I am creating for myself by acknowledging my feelings of inferiority, unworthiness, and failure and by embracing my loyalty, compassion, and dependability. This is my art: brokenness and strength.  This is my healing: acceptance and praise. This is my journey: The pen and the truth. This is me: The peasant and the Queen.
